This page says what the site collects, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
When you send the contact form we collect your name, phone number, street address and your message. When you call or text, we see your number.
What we use it for
We use it to answer you, to come to the house and to write your estimate and invoice. We do not sell it. We share it only with a supplier when we order a part for your job.
How long we keep it
Job records stay as long as the work needs one, such as a permit or a repair question. Messages that never became a job are deleted on request.
Photos you text us
A photo goes to the shop phone. We use it to look at your boiler or radiator, and we do not post it.
