Three generations, one kind of house
Walcott Heating & Plumbing started with a grandfather who learned boilers in Hartford's pre-war houses. Today his granddaughter runs the shop.
The houses have not changed much and neither has the work: patient, careful and written down. Lincoln still teaches every new hire to read a gauge glass before they touch a wrench.
